1. Service Description

WuFan is an AI-driven nutrition analysis app providing the following services:

• AI nutritional analysis of meal photos
• Personalized nutrition goal setting and tracking
• Health data recording and analysis
• AI nutritionist conversation consultation (Pro feature)
• Image nutrition query functionality (Pro feature)

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You must protect your account security and not share it with others
• We support Google Sign-in and Apple Sign-in to provide convenient registration process

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• If you discover your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • 20 daily meal analyses

  • Ad-free experience
  • Advanced nutrition tracking and insights

3.2 Subscription Management

• Pro subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and App Store
• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you choose
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Refunds follow Apple App Store policies

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

• You may upload genuine meal photos for nutritional analysis
• You may use the service for personal health and nutrition management
• You may share your experiences and feedback about the service

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Share false or misleading health information

5. AI Services and Health Disclaimers

5.1 AI Analysis Limitations (Beta)

• AI nutrition analysis is EXPERIMENTAL and may be completely inaccurate
• Beta AI models may provide incorrect, harmful, or misleading information
• Food recognition is unreliable and may fail entirely
• Nutritional calculations are estimates and may be significantly wrong
• DO NOT rely on this information for medical or dietary decisions

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content

7. Service Availability

• We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee 100% availability
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Some features may be limited by device capabilities or network conditions

8. Beta Testing Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• You acknowledge this is experimental software that may malfunction
